Terms of Service

Mantel ("the app") is a private photo-album application provided to a limited group of invited family members. By signing in, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Mantel

Access is by invitation only. The administrator creates accounts and shares credentials directly with each family member. You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial viewing of the photographs available in your account.

Account & credentials

Use of the photographs

The photographs displayed in Mantel are personal family photos and are provided to you for private viewing. You may save copies to your own device and share them privately with the people pictured. You agree not to redistribute the photographs publicly, post them to social media, or use them commercially without permission.

Termination

The administrator may suspend or terminate any account at any time — typically only when an account is no longer needed. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it; you may request that your account be deleted by contacting info@zynclave.com.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Photo availability depends on third-party services (AWS) and may be temporarily interrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the administrator's place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify family members directly. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
